After joining the LVZ team as a summer intern in 2025, Caitlin quickly found a passion for the collaborative, team-driven environment that defines our firm. She supports the team with data organization, reporting, and analytics-focused initiatives. Caitlin is currently pursuing her B.S. in Integrative Studies at Grand Valley State University, with an emphasis in psychology. When she is not busy studying or streamlining data in Excel, Caitlin can usually be found making memories with friends and family, curating the perfect playlist, or mapping out her next getaway. At home, Caitlin loves unwinding with her cat, Nala, by her side.
